Here is how it works.
Return for Refund or Exchange
You have 30 days from the day you receive an item to return it to us for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in the original package that you received them in.
Email us at Support@ShopGrillSafe.com to notify us of your request to return or exchange an item.
Once received, we will refund the full item cost less shipping fees. In the case of an exchange, you need to place a new order for the replacement item. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
